A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow certain individuals a deduction for the expenses of operating a motor vehicle to transport their children to public schools.

Allows under the Internal Revenue Code an income tax deduction for the expenses of operating a motor vehicle and for the depreciation on such motor vehicle for transporting a child to an elementary or secondary public school.
