A bill to make it a crime to move or travel in interstate or foreign commerce to avoid compliance with certain support orders, and for other purposes.

Imposes a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or imprisonment for not more than 1 year on anyone who travels in interstate or foreign commerce to avoid compliance with a support order.
