A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to extend the preference accorded Veterans' Administration medical and health personnel for attendance at regional medical education centers, and for other purposes.

Extends the preference for attendance at Regional Medical Education Centers to all medical and health personnel of the Veterans' Administration (presently only personnel of the Department of Medicine and Surgery). (Amends 38 U.S.C. 4123)
