A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, in order to extend and improve the program of exchange of medical information between the Veterans' Administration and the medical community, and for other purposes.

Authorizes to be appropriated $3,500,000 for fiscal year 1976 and $1,700,000 for the fiscal year 1976 transitional period to extend the program of exchange of medical information between the Veterans' Administration and the medical community. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 5055(c)(1))
