Emergency Low-Income Housing Act - Directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and the Secretary of Agriculture to provide assistance for the purpose of producing 3,000,000 new dwelling units for low-income individuals.
Authorizes additional appropriations under the National Housing Act and the Housing Act to finance the provisions of this Act.
