A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to allow certain increases in the per annum full-pay scale for certain personnel of the Department of Medicine and Surgery of the Veterans' Administration; to make a career in the Department of Medicine and Surgery more attractive.

Authorizes the Administrator of the Veterans Administration to pay to any physician, dentist, or nurse employed full time by the Department of Medicine and Surgery an amount not to exceed 25 percent of the annual salary of such individual.

Permits such physicians, dentists, and nurses who have been employed full-time by the Department for at least seven years to take six months with pay for study in such individuals specialty.
