A bill to raise the limitation on appropriation for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

Authorizes to be appropriated for fiscal year 1976, $7,843,000, and for each fiscal year thereafter through September 30, 1978, $10,500,000 for use by the United States Commission on Civil Rights under the Civil Rights Act of 1957.
