A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit all persons, other than individuals, from making political contributions to candidates for Federal office or to political party organizations.

Prohibits all persons, other than individuals, from making any political contributions to candidates for Federal office, or to any political committee for use in any election for Federal office. Prohibits individuals from making such contributions in excess of an aggregate of $1,000.
