Authorizes appropriations of $2,800,000 for fiscal year 1976, $471,000 for the transition period through September 1976, and $3,100,000 for fiscal year 1977, to carry out the nonperforming arts functions of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Directs the General Accounting Office to regularly review and audit the accounts of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for the purpose of determining the continuing ability of the Center to pay its share of future operating costs, and for the purpose of assuring that the cost-sharing formula fairly and accurately reflects the use of the building.
