A bill to provide for the appointment of transcribers of official court reporters' transcripts in the U.S. district courts, and for other purposes.

Provides for the appointment of transcribers of official court reporters' transcripts in the United States district courts in such number as the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts shall approve. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 753A)
