A bill to provide for the setting aside of convictions in certain cases, and for other purposes.

Authorizes a Federal court, in its discretion, to issue a certificate setting aside convictions: (1) upon the umconditional discharge of an offender placed on probation; or (2) after 2 years, where no sentence or period of probation is imposed. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 3657)
