Authorizes the Attorney General to appoint officials for the investigation and prosecution of disciplinary proceedings against members of the bar of the courts of the United States and upon request by the chief justice or chief judge thereof.
Authorizes to be appropriated to the judiciary and to the Department of Justice such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. (Amends 28 U.S.C. 533. 547)
