Treatment Works Construction Reimbursement Amendment - Authorizes Federal reimbursement for a percentage of the costs of installing waste treatment works under construction before October 18, 1972 (now July 1, 1972).
Requires applications for such reimbursement to be filed within six months of enactment of this Act.
