A bill to amend the Water Resources Planning Act to revise the membership of the Water Resources Council.
Makes changes in the membership of the Water Resources Council, under the Water Resources Planning Act, by removing the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare and including the Secretaries of Commerce, Housing, and Urban Development, and Transportation, and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
Extends the authorization for State planning grants through fiscal year 1978 at a level of $5,000,000 per year, under such Act.
Extends the authorization for national assessments and coordination of River Basin plans in the total amount of $10,000,000 for fiscal years 1976 and 1977.
