A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that any individual age 55 or over shall be considered disabled for purposes of entitlement to disability insurance benefits and the disability freeze if he meets the more liberal definition of "disability" presently applicable only to blind individuals at that age.

Provides that any individual age 55 or over shall be considered disabled for purposes of entitlement to disability insurance benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act and the disability freeze if he meets the definition of "disability" presently applicable only to blind individuals at that age.
