A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide the automobile assistance allowance and adaptive equipment for veterans of World War I and thereafter.

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to pay automobile assistance allowances for special auto purchases, and for adaptive equipment, for specified disabled veterans of World War I and thereafter. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1901)
