A bill to approve executive agreements.
Executive Agreement Approval Act - Requires that any executive agreement made on or after the date of enactment of this Act shall be transmitted by the President to the Senate. Provides that agreements which could be prejudicial to the security of the United States if disclosed shall be forwarded to the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate. Requires that no such agreement shall come into force unless the Senate approves the agreement between the date of transmittal and the end of the first sixty calendar days of continuous session of the Senate.
