A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to entitle veterans, widows, and orphans to 45 months of educational assistance.

Extends to 45 months (now 36 months) the eligibility period for educational assistance to veterans and their widows and orphans. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1661)
