Authorizes payment for emergency inpatient hospital services furnished outside the United States to individuals entitled to hospital insurance benefits under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, provided that the individual (1) maintains his or her principal residence in the United States, and (2) had not been outside the United States for a total of more than 60 days during the calendar year in which such emergency occurred.
