Authorizes the Regents of the Smithsonian Institution to prepare plans for museum support facilities for the care, curation, conservation, deposit, preparation, and study of the national collections of scientific, historic, and artistic items.
Authorizes appropriations of sums necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Act.
