Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to reimburse the States, under the Older Americans Act of 1965, for real property tax relief programs aimed at elderly households with incomes of $15,000 or less.
Provides that the amount of such reimbursement shall be a percentage (determined on the basis of the household income) of the tax relief provided multiplied by the aggregate number of households receiving such relief.
Authorizes to be appropriated the sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act for fiscal years 1976 through 1979.
