A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide an individual tax credit for disaster evacuation expenses.

Provides an individual tax credit under that Internal Revenue Code for the expenses incurred due to the evacuation by a taxpayer of his principal residence because of a natural disaster or the threat of a natural disaster. Limits such credit to $200 for each such disaster.
