Preschool Children Educational Assistance Act - Directs the Commissioner of Education to make grants under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act to States having an approved plan to provide preschool assistance for school-based educational programs for children aged four.
Authorizes $150,000,000 to be appropriated for fiscal year 1976 to carry out the provisions of the Act.
Sets forth the criteria State plans must meet for eligibility under this Act, including establishing an advisory council to assist the State educational agency in the administration of this program.
