A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1964, to exclude from coverage under the act households which have members who are on strike, and for other purposes.

Excludes from coverage under the Food Stamp Act households whose principal wage earner is on strike due to a labor dispute. States that this provision is inapplicable to households which were eligible for and participating in the food stamp program prior to the start of the strike.
