A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to clarify the eligibility conditions for one type of benefit thereunder.

States that individuals who have rendered at least 12 months of service as an employee of a railroad after December 31, 1974, or individuals who recovered from a disability and returned to work for a railroad after such date shall be eligible for retirement benefits under the Railroad Act of 1974.
