Household Appliance Labeling Act - Requires, under the Fair Labeling and Packaging Act, that all consumer appliances in commerce bear labels specifying the identity of the appliance and manufacturer or distributor, and containing a statement indicating the average energy consumption and the average or projected useful life of such appliance. Defines "consumer appliance" and "useful life."
