A bill to amend the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended.

States that the Deputy Director and each regional director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service shall be appointed by the Secretary of the Interior. Prohibits any person from being appointed to be Director, Deputy Director or a regional director unless such person is, by reason of scientific education and experience, knowledgeable in the principles of fisheries and wildlife management.
