A bill to authorize U.S. payment to the United Nations for expenses of the United Nations peacekeeping forces in the Middle East, and for other purposes.

Authorizes to be appropriated to the Department of State such sums as may be necessary from time to time for payment of the United States share of the expenses of the United Nations peacekeeping forces in the Middle East.
