A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to contract with private facilities near the homes of veterans for the medical care and treatment of veterans.

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to contract with private facilities near the homes of veterans for the medical care and treatment of veterans, where the convenience of such care would result in a cost for the Government equal to or less than the cost of such care in a Veterans' Administration facility.
