Provides an additional penalty for anyone who uses or carries a firearm during the commission of any felony for which he may be prosecuted in a U.S. court. States that such additional penalty shall be a term of imprisonment for not less than two or more than 10 years, in the case of a first conviction, and not less than five nor more than 25 years in event of a second or subsequent conviction.
Prescribes penalties for the use or carrying of any cutting or stabbing weapons in the commission of a felony which are the same as the additional penalties for firearms prescribed under this Act.
