A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide under the retirement test a substantial increase in the amount of outside income permitted without loss of benefits, but with a requirement that income of all types and from all sources be included in determining the amount of an individual's income for purposes of such test.

Increases to $10,000 the amount of outside income which (subject to further increases under the automatic adjustment provisions) is permitted each year without deductions from benefits under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance). Provides that income of all types and from all sources shall be included in determining whether an individual's benefits are subject to such deductions.
