A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to authorize the release of the names and addresses of present or former personnel of the armed services and their dependents under certain conditions.

Authorizes the Veterans Administration to release the names and addresses of present or former personnel of the armed services and their dependents to service organizations recognized by law for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims under laws administered by the Veterans' Administration, and to other public or private organizations when the Administrator determines that such release would be in the best interest and overall general welfare of veterans and their dependents.
