A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to deny any deduction for expenses of attending business conventions outside the United States.

Revises the Internal Revenue Code to disallow any deduction from gross income of traveling expenses for attending a business convention outside the United States by any individual who lives inside the United States.
