A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to prohibit refusals to deal and other discriminations based on religion.

Provides that it shall be unlawful to refuse to deal with or otherwise discriminate against, in or affecting commerce among the States or with foreign nations, any person on the ground of such person's religion.

Prescribes a penalty for violation of this Act of a fine of not more than $100,000 or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.

Allows a person aggrieved by a violation of this Act to file a civil action for money damages and other redress in a U.S. district court, which shall have jurisdiction over such actions without regard to the amount in controversy.
