States that whoever mails or causes to be mailed any solicitation for contributions for a charitable purpose shall include with such mailing information which shows the following: (1) the purpose of the solicitation and the use of the contribution to be solicited; (2) the need for the contribution proposed to be solicited, including the reasons and figures, if any, regardless of what funds are used for the payment of such expenses; (4) the portion of the contribution collected as a result of the solicitation which will remain available for application to the specific purpose of the solicitation; and (5) the amount of all contributions collected or received by such person, or by his agents or assigns, within the calendar year immediately preceding the date of the mailing, and the expenditure or use made of such contribution.
