A bill to amend section 1331(c) of title 10, United States Code, to authorize the granting of retired pay to persons otherwise qualified who were Reserves before August 16, 1945, and who served on active duty during the so-called Berlin crisis.

Provides that members who belonged to the Reserve of an Armed Force before August 16, 1945, shall be eligible for retirement pay provided that they performed active duty after August 13, 1961, and before June 1, 1963, or after August 4, 1964, and before the date designated by proclamation of the President or concurrent resolution of the Congress.
