A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the rates of disability compensation for disabled veterans and to increase the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation.
Veterans Disability Compensation and Survivors Benefits Act - Title I: Veterans Disability Compensation - Increases the rates of disability compensation for disabled veterans. Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' affairs to adjust administratively, consistent with the increases authorized by this Act, the rates of indemnity and dependency compensation payble to specified persons receiving veterans benefits.
Title II: Survivors Dependency and Indemnity Compensation - Increases the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation payable to widows.
Title III: Effective Date: Provides that this Act shall take effect on the first day of the second month which begins after the date of enactment. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 314,315,411,413)
