Prohibits, under the Export Administration Act, domestic exporters from taking any actions which have the effect of furthering or supporting the restrictive trade practices or boycotts fostered or imposed by any foreign country against another country friendly to the United States.
Stipulates that nothing in this Act shall be construed as authorizing the imposition of any sanction against any business concern located in a country friendly to the United States which trades with nations fostering such boycotts.
Stipulates that this Act shall not apply to any action authorized by an international organization in which the United States concurred.
