A bill to amend section 6096 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to permit cancellations of the dollar checkoff to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund.

Permits the cancellation of the dollar checkoff to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund within 3 years after the time required for filing of the income tax return on which such checkoff was made under the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
