Marine Resources Conservation and Development Act - Provides for the distrubution of revenues from outer continental shelf lands pursuant to the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
Creates a Marine Resources Conservation and Development Fund to be available for use for marine resources conservation and development programs and the costs of their administration.
