A bill to amend Public Law 89-651 with regard to any prosthetic or orthotic device.

Provides that no duty or tariff shall be imposed on any prosthetic or orthotic device approved by the Department of Commerce that is imported by any nonprofit institution established for educational, scientific, or therapeutic purposes. Provided that such device is not sold or otherwise commercially used for a period of five years from date of import.
