Directs the Secretary of Labor to conduct a study of the provisions of State unemployment compensation laws relating to availability for work or refusal to accept work.
States that such study shall determine whether such provisions are effective in preventing individuals who refuse to accept suitable offers of employment from receiving unemployment compensation.
Requires the Secretary to submit within sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act a detailed statement of the results of such study, together with such recommendations as he deems advisable.
