A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to modify the emission standards required for light duty motor vehicles and engines manufactured during model year 1977 and thereafter.

Extends for five years, from 1977 to 1981, the dates for compliance with the Federal emission standards, under the Clean Air Act, for carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, and hydrocarbons from light duty vehicles and engines.
