A bill to amend section 8332, title 5, United States Code, to provide for the inclusion in the computation of accredited services of certain periods of service rendered States or instrumentalities of States.

Provides for the inclusion, for purposes of civil service retirement of Members of Congress and Federal employees, in the computation of accredited services of specified periods of service rendered States or instrumentalities of States. Lists the areas of State employment which qualify for inclusion under this Act. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8332).
