A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that a beneficiary who dies shall (if otherwise qualified) be entitled to a prorated benefit for the month of his death.

Provides that the beneficiary of an insured individual who dies shall (if otherwise qualified under the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance program) be entitled to a prorated benefit for the month of death of the insured.
