A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that no deductions on account of outside earnings will be made from the benefits of an individual who has attained age 65.

Provides that no deductions on account of outside earnings under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act shall be made from the benefits of an individual who has attained age 65 (presently age 72).
