Provides, under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, for a two-year limitation on civil actions brought by the Attorney General or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to prevent unlawful employment practices. States that the limitation shall begin to run 30 days after a charge is filed with the Commission.
