Removes specified criminal penalties imposed as a result of the failure of an individual to answer questions submitted in connection with a census or survey conducted pursuant to Federal law. Provides that false answers to such questions by an individual 18 years of age or older shall be punishable by a fine of up to $500, or imprisonment for up to 1 year, or both.
Provides that false anwsers to questions affecting organizations shall be punishable by a fine of up to $10,000, imprisonment for 1 year, or both.
