Provides, under the Employment Act, that it is the policy of the Federal Government to foster conditions under which there will be stability of the general price level.
Requires the President to include in his economic report to Congress current and foreseeable trends of the stability of the general price level.
Requires the Council of Economic Advisers to formulate and recommend national economic policy to promote the stability of the general price level.
