A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to require that all Federal retirement or annuity payments be disregarded in determining annual income under the veterans' pension laws.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to disregard all Federal retirement or annuity payments, or similar plan or program, in arriving at annual income determinations under the veterans' pension laws. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 415 (g) (1) (G), 503 (a)(b))
